We must ensure that our membership understands the concepts and urgency
of what we are trying to accomplish. Building familiarity with the goals and aims
of the strategic plan, and ensuring that we are all on the same page in the
language we use to communicate these goals is the first step in focusing our efforts.
Every member of ACTEA should be well-versed in discussing the purpose of the
organization the strategic plan, our aims and the outcomes we expect to achieve.

Actions will be developed on a statewide and zone level to help achieve each
aim. A “How To” planning template will be developed and distributed to help
identify and implement actions. A system will be developed to monitor and report
out on the progress of the plan, both statewide and within each zone. The plan
will be adjusted to meet any newly identified aims.
