In February, 2010, the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) and the
Home Builders Institute (HBI) announced the launch of three Residential
Construction Academy (RCA) certification assessments in the areas of Carpentry,
HVAC and House Wiring. The RCA assessments are administered through QuadNet,
NOCTI's online assessment system.

The certification consists of a written assessment and is aligned with NOCTI's price
structure: $18.50/test (online) and $24.00/test (paper/pencil).
